Welcome to gentle yoga for stiff neck and tight shoulders. This morning neck and shoulder stretches session is a beginner friendly practice, it will provide you a great neck pain relief, as well as relaxation if you are experiencing tightness and stiffness in your shoulders. We will work on shoulders relaxation, and upper body stretch to increase flexibility. I promise, you will feel great after this  20 min yoga practice.

If you have yoga blocks & a thick towel or a blanket, keep it handy, but it's optional.
