【味噌作り】
・大豆　900g
・米麹　900g
・塩　　390g
・種味噌（生味噌）180g
（なくても大丈夫ですが、入れると発酵をスムーズにしてくれます）

【恵方巻き】
＊寿司酢＊
・米　３合
・酢　60cc
・塩　大さじ１
・砂糖　大さじ３

[Making miso]
・Soybeans 900g
・Rice malt 900g
・Salt 390g
・Tane miso (raw miso) 180g
(You don't have to add miso seeds, but if you do, it will make fermentation smoother.)

[Ehomaki]
Sushi vinegar
・3 cups of rice
・Vinegar 60cc
・Salt 1 tablespoon
・Sugar 3 tablespoons
