This very simple wood house
This very simple wood house can be built on official if wanted and could be used as a starter base or as a Holiday house. The build is pretty much fully wood but does utilize stone for the foundations, but you could use wood foundations if you aren't high enough level or just prefer that look. I didn't use the space in the attic/loft in this build but it can be used if needed.
