How to do a Bank Transfer via the NCB Mobile App to JA Deals

Here is how to do a Bank Transfer from your NCB account to JA Deals NCB account using the NCB Mobile App.

1. First, open the NCB Mobile App and log in

2. Select the menu button in the top left corner

3. Select “Transfer”

4. Then select “Add NCB Beneficiary”

5. Select “NCB Business”

6. Enter Business Name as: WWW.JADEALS.COM

7. Then, enter our NCB Account Number. You will receive our NCB
account number after placing your order on our website (www.jadeals.com)

8. For Nickname enter: JA Deals

9. Select “Done”

10. Next, you will need to enter your Token Code. If you have a hard token then enter the code and move on to Step 14 below

11. If you a soft token then select “Open the App and Copy Your Token Code”. This should open your Token App

12. Tap on the 6 digit code once to copy

13. Now switch to the NCB Mobile App and select “Paste Token”

14. Select “Submit”. You should then receive a notification that states, “Beneficiary has been added successfully.”

15. Next, select “Transfer”

16. Select the account that you wish to transfer the funds from, then select “NEXT”

17. Select “OTHER NCB”. Here you may need to scroll down to locate "JA Deals"

18. Select “JA Deals” then select “NEXT”

19. Now enter the amount that you wish to transfer, then select “NEXT”

20. Confirm the transfer by selecting “Submit”.  After selecting Submit, you should get a message that states, “Your Transfer is Complete.”

21. Finally, please take a screenshot of this display and send it to us via the WhatsApp number or email address provided when placing your order, along with your Order Number.

We will then verify your payment and start processing your order.
