വ്യത്യസ്തം ആയത് ചിലത് പരീക്ഷിച്ചു വിജയിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് നമ്മൾക്കും ഇനിയും ഒരുപാട് മുന്നോട്ട് പോകാൻ ഉണ്ടെന്നു തോന്നുന്നത് അതുപോലെ ഒരു വിഭവം ആണ് ഞാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ സ്റ്റാർ ഫ്രൂട്ട് വൈൻ.ഇതിനു മുന്നേയും ഞാൻ പല വൈൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി നോക്കിയിട്ട് ഉണ്ടേലും ഇതാണ് എനിക്ക് കുറച്ചും കൂടി സ്ട്രോങ്ങ് ആയിട്ട് ഫീൽ ചെയ്തത്. നമ്മളുടെ വീട്ടിൽ വെറുതെ കളയുന്ന ഇ പുളി കൊണ്ട് നമ്മൾക്ക് ഒരു വിസ്മയം തീർക്കാൻ ആകും.
Ingredients :
Star fruit : 500 gm
Cardamom : 4 nos
Cloves : 4 nos
Cinnamon Stick : 1 inch piece
Ginger : 1 inch piece
Sugar : 500 gm
Water : 2 glass
Wheat : 1/4 cup
Instant Yeast : 1/2 tsp
