The stuff we're doing for "60 semi-hard"
2 workouts a day
Avoid screens for 1 hour after waking up & 1 hour before bed
Journal everyday- document physical/mental/emotional impacts
30 minutes of reading
1 gallon of water a day
Following Mediterranean diet plan
No added sugar
