In this video we are demonstrating the K-Laser Blue Derma and its effectiveness on a raised benign lesion called a seborrheic keratosis on the back of this patients leg.

We've selected under the program section,  the dermatological surgery program and from there the light seborrheic keratosis program using a surface setting of five watts and the non-contact surgical handpiece. so we hover the handpiece over the lesion and essentially colour it in with pulses until it changes color which indicates that we've denatured the tissue.  a slight sting with each little bit of pulsing is felt. The K-Laser machine is extremely precise, allowing us to just treating the raised tissue with no collateral damage.

You will then use wet gauze or wet cotton tips to wipe the denatured tissue away. Now it is flat. You would then apply a sticky dot dressing or something similar.

Personally, I like Stratamed by Stratpharma. It's an advanced self-drying film-forming wound dressing that promotes faster wound healing and scar prevention. Use immediately post-procedure and regularly reapply until the skin has fully recovered.
