Hi, I'm Kim Vareika of Vareika Yoga and I am reviewing the Power Life Plant Protein by Tony Horton.
Now, I'm a vegetarian but I'm not vegan but I can be a little sensitive to dairy so I was looking for a plant-based protein that tasted good and didn't bother my that tasted good and didn't bother my stomach and also wasn't a funny texture.
So I found that in this. I bought the chocolate flavor because I like chocolate and I've used it in shakes, I've used it in my oatmeal and I've also used it in protein pancakes and they all came out great.
I felt satisfied but not overly full or gassy. And I also like that each scoop has 15 grams of protein but only 100 calories. So you could even get 30 grams of protein and only take in 200 calories.
So I would recommend it. I think it works, tastes great and try it out. Let me know what you think.
