After repeated searches and many disappointments, Shahroz finally received good news;  Little Spring had been found by the police station and was notified.  This news made Shahrouz's heart filled with joy, but his concern for Ali remained.  He was sure that Ali was alive and that he had probably taken refuge in the mountains to avoid fighting.
Shahrouz decided to continue searching for Ali.  He went to the abandoned houses on the edge of the mountains;  The places where Ali might have been hiding.  While searching in one of these ruined houses, he encountered a shocking and strange scene.  In a corner of the house, he found a baby left alone in the rubble.
Shahroz reached the baby with concern and speed.  While holding him, he noticed a paper pinned to the baby's shirt.  He carefully picked up the paper and started reading.  The writing on the sheet indicated that a mother whose husband died had five children and due to poverty and hardship, she had to abandon this baby so that someone would find him and suffer a fate better than the fate of herself and her children.  .
This discovery created conflicting feelings in Shahrouz.  He felt compassion for the innocent baby and at the same time thought about the difficult situation of that mother.  He could not see what fate awaited this little baby if left alone.  Shahroz made a promise to himself to save the baby and lead him to a better life no matter what.

With this decision, Shahroz felt that he had a new responsibility;  Not only does he have to find Ali, but he also has to take care of this baby.  He continued to search for Ali with determination, but now with a double motivation, hoping that he could change both of their lives and give them a new hope.
