Out of all the Robotnik themes (and there quite a few) this one was always my favorite. For a kid in the 90's, it struck fear and TERROR into the hearts of all who heard it!

I mean, picture facing down a madman in a car that goes 3 mph with an easily avoidable drill on the front of it. That's the kind of thing you never get over.
