Genshin Impact is one of those games that came out of nowhere and caught me completely by surprise. When I initially saw its trailers, I was skeptical it was just gonna be a cheap Chinese Breath of the Wild rip off, but after playing it, I fell in love with its world, characters, slick combat system, and most importantly, its incredible music. The fact that each region in the game is inspired by a real world location and the music reflects that in its instrumentation is amazing to me, and is truly a testament to Yu-Peng Chen's skill as a composer.
This is my take on the battle theme from the recently released Inazuma region. I tried to stay true to the original instrumentation all while inserting a rock/metal flair. Hope you enjoy!
