Hood Took Me Under é a clássica 3° faixa do clássico álbum “Music to Driveby” do Compton’s Most Wanted, lançado no ano de 1992 sob o selo das gravadoras Sony Music Entertainment, Orpheus Music e Epic Records. A música foi produzida pelo DJ Mike T.
Esse clássico posteriormente entrou para lista de um dos maiores e mais queridos jogos de videogame da história, o Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas da Rockstar Games, que foi lançado em 2004 e que inclusive o MC Eiht dubla um dos personagens.
