Went hiking with a few
Went hiking with a few friends! I had a ton of fun and I enjoyed sharing my hiking experience with them.
Black women hiking is not a demographic you see often or at all while hiking. Many times it can be daunting to try something new, especially when you don't see people who look like you doing/participating in similar activities. But I love sharing and highlighting that we (black women) are out here and are more than capable to hike and do outdoor activities.
