Dell Optiplex 7010 is it good in 2019? (no internal modifications)

I recently bought a Dell Optiplex 7010 from JSM Computers on Amazon. It has worked flawlessly despite being a refurbished computer. I just wanted to make a video showing how it runs for anyone interested in buying one. I'll leave a link in the description on where you can buy one. I highly recommend the 3rd party company "JSM Computers"!

UPDATE
I recently bought the "Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 Ti OC Low Profile 4GB GDDR5" from Amazon. It's priced at $179.99. This is probably one of the better cheaper cards you can get.
Also, you need a "low profile" graphics cards for the case of the computer in the video. If you have bigger version, then a normal graphics card is fine.
