A simple recipe for nutritious energy bars. A granola bar is a good idea for a healthy breakfast or snack. Bars based on grains, nuts, seeds and dried fruits can easily replace sweets and cakes and meet the need for sweets.

INGREDIENTS:
Rolled oats 200 g.
Bananas 2 pieces (300 g pulp).
Apples 2 pieces (250 g pulp).
Dried cherries 100 g.
walnuts 50 g.
Sunflower seeds 100 g.
203 calories/100g.
Keep refrigerated.
