DIY AVOCADO DIRTY ICE CREAM

Ingredients
- Cassava starch or Tapioca starch
- Powdered milk
- Coconut milk
- Room temperatured water
- Hot water
- Avocado

Procedure
   1. Mix 1/2 Cassava starch or Tapioca starch to a 3/4 cup room temperatured water "1:27"
   2.Pour 3 cups hot water and mix until mixture translucent "2:17"
   3.Pour 3 cups coconut milk and mix "3:48"
   4.Cool down the temperature, use a bin with ice and salt. Continue mixing. "5:44"
   5.Mix well until mixture thickens
   6.Pour 2 cups of white sugar and mix "8:30"
   7.Pour 2 cups of Powdered milk and mix "9:06"
   8.Add your 1 1/2 cup avocado and mix "10:23"
   9.You can add food coloring (optional)
   10.Transfer to a container "13:43"
   11.Fridge your dirty ice-cream overnight "14:40"
   12.Eat well
