Batter ingredients:
210 g flour
35 g cocoa
110 g fructose or 200 g sugar
10 g baking powder
½ tsp salt
75 ml oil
240 ml room temperature water
Chocolate glaze:
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp. fructose or 3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Coconut flakes
Preparation:
1. Sieve flour, cocoa, and baking powder add salt and fructose and mix well.
2. Then add the oil, vanilla essence, and water and mix the composition.
3. Pour in a baking dish and bake at 180° for 40-45 min.
4. When the cake is completely cool, make the chocolate glaze.
5. Sieve the cocoa, cornstarch, and fructose and mix well.
6. Gradually add the ice water and mix well.
7. Pour the glaze on the cake and decorate it with coconut flakes.
8. Enjoy it!
