How to set default application / program for specific file type on Mac iOS

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to setup default program / application for a specific file type on Mac iOS. When you double click a file, it opens in a specific program. If you want to change the default program, there is a provision to do that but it is not that obvious and kind of hidden in the property panel. In this video, I have demonstrated how to set Adobe Illustrator as default application for EPS files. On double clicking any EPS File will open it in Adobe Illustrator automatically.
