This is a demonstration of Rebound Therapy exercises for ambulant students. They are taken from grades 1 and 2 of the Winstrada trampoline development programme which is based on the Rebound Therapy training course.
Also included on the video is a demonstration of grade 3 which covers the transition from Repound Therapy to trampolining.
The principles of Rebound Therapy form the basis of all trampoline movement and are often used as a pathway into trampolining, both for students and for coach training.
