Define sample space.
A set of all possible outcomes of a random experiment is called a sample space.
Define an event.
Any subset of given sample space is an event.
Write down the types of events.
There are two types of events.
1. Simple Event
2. Compound Event
Define simple event.
An event that contains only one sample point of the given sample space is called simple event.
Define compound event.
A event that contains more than one sample points of the given sample space is called compound event.
