3 Course Meal In An Air Fryer

In an attempt to convince myself that air fryers are not cooking hair dryers I decided to try making 3 different recipes in an air fryer to see how it compares and if it's worth it - English scones, onion rings & fajitas get given the air fryer treatment here! Ingredients list:
Onion Rings
Sweet onions, peeled and cut into 1 inch thick bands
100g plain flour
1tsp paprika
1tsp garlic granules
1 egg
80ml milk
200g panko breadcrumbs
Spray oil for coating the onions

Fajitas
300g chicken breads, diced
1 red onion, cut into small chunks
3 red peppers, de-seeded and sliced thin
3tbsp fajita seasoning
1tbsp vegetable oil
To serve
Tortillas
Chopped coriander
Lime juice
Sour cream

English scones
450g self-raising flour
90g butter, chilled but cut into small cubes
250ml milk
To serve
Jam and cream
