Harrow is a warframe with layers upon layers of i-frames aswell as ridiculously high stat checking with an increase to his damage, crit chance, fire rate and reload speed. He can easily become a menace and with the right setup there is crazy stuff you can do with him. One of the most fun warframes out there aswell as one of the more chill in terms of surviving in higher levels.
