Frying pan mein til ko dheemi aanch par bhunkar nikal lijiye. 2. Frying pan mein tel (oil) daliye. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, is mein sabith zeera, sukhe lal mirch aur lehsan ki pothi daliye. 3. Aanch band kar dijiye aur kari patta daliye. 4. Pandrah second tak taliye aur aanch band kar dijiye. 5. Bhuni hui til aur tala hua zeera, sukhe lal mirch, lehsan aur kari patta ko ek jagah grind karke bareek paste bana lijiye. 6. Saucepan mein dhule hue ambade ke patte daliye, haldi powder aur aadha cup paani (water) dalar dhakkan dhaanp dijiye. 7. Medium aanch par das minute tak pakaiyye ke ambade ke patte gal jaayen. 8. Paani sukhne tak ambade ke patton ko bhuniye. 9. Thanda hone ke baad in ambade ke patton ko grinder mein bareek pees lijiye. 10. Peese hue ambade ke patton mein til aur masalon ka paste daliye, bareek namak daliye aur achhi tarah se mila lijiye. Tadka dene ke liye (For tempering): Ingredients: Tel (oil): 4 tablespoons Sabith zeera (cumin seeds): 1 ½ teaspoon Rai (mustard seeds): 1 teaspoon Sukhe lal mirch (whole dry red chillies): 5 Lehsan ki pothi (garlic cloves): 12 Procedure: 1. Frying pan mein tel (oil) daliye. 2. Jab tel garam ho jaaye, is mein sabith zeera daliye, rai, sukhe lal mirch aur chheeli hui lehsan ki pothi (peeled garlic cloves) daliye. 3. Badami rang ke hone tak inhe tal lijiye. 4. Aanch band kar dijiye aur ambade aur masalon ka paste is mein dal dijiye aur mila lijiye. Ambade Ka Achar tayyar hai.
