This pie is a real godsend for home baking! It perfectly combines ease of preparation and rich taste that will delight all sweet lovers.

The dough, thanks to oatmeal, turns out soft and tender, and wheat flour adds the necessary structure to it. The combination of sour cream and kefir makes it incredibly tender and juicy. And the aroma of vanilla and fruit simply envelops the entire kitchen and whets your appetite even before the pie is ready.

INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour -250 gr
Oat flour -250 gr
Sour cream - 200 ml
Refined sunflower oil - 120 ml
Kefir (any fermented milk product) - 200ml
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sugar - 80 gr
Baking powder - 16 g
Vanilla sugar
Apples - 3 pcs
Strawberries - 150 gr
Jam (to your taste) - 200 gr

FILLING:
Egg - 1 piece
Sour cream/yogurt - 100 - 150 g (depending on thickness)
Flour - 130 gr
Sugar - 30 gr
Sunflower oil - 30 gr
Baking powder - 5 g
Shape - 26*26

COOKING STEPS:
Dough:
In a bowl, beat 2 eggs with 80 g of sugar until smooth.
Add 120 ml sunflower oil and continue whisking.
Pour in 200 ml of kefir and add sour cream or yogurt, mix thoroughly.
Add 10 g vanilla sugar and mix again.
Mixing flour:

In a separate bowl, mix 250 g wheat flour and 250 g oat flour.
Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients, mixing thoroughly.
Adding baking powder:

Add 16 g of baking powder to the resulting dough and mix well.
Preparing apples:

Cut apples (3 pcs.) into medium pieces.
Pie assembly:

Transfer the dough to the baking pan and spread it evenly across the bottom of the pan.
Spread the jam evenly over the surface of the dough.
Place the chopped apples on top of the jam.
Place strawberry halves on top.

Ingredients for the Filling:

In a separate bowl, beat 1 egg with 30 g of sugar.
Add 30 g of sunflower oil and 100-150 g of sour cream or yogurt, mix thoroughly.
Add 130 g flour and 5 g baking powder, mix again.
Spread the filling evenly over the surface of the pie.
Baking:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Bake the pie for about 55 minutes until golden and cooked through.
