fresh milk   80ml
whipping cream   80ml
whole egg   1(55g+-)
caster sugar   40g / 5Tbsp
salt   1/2 tsp
bread flour   280g / 2cups
instant yeast   3g / 1tsp

square mold 20cm x 20cm x 4cm

Bake at 170°C / 340°F  for 15-18 minutes
