After the Lockdown, there has been a huge spike in the time spent on social media - not only in India but the world over. In India, online time on apps like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Tik Tok is skyrocketing. This has increased the risk of social media addiction amongst internet users which can lead to more cases of depression, mental breakdown, stress and various mental health problems.
