पारंपारिक रेसिपी गोळ्यांची आमटी बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप बेसन
• ४~५ हिरव्या मिरचीचे तुकडे
• १ छोटा चिंचेचा तुकडा
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १ चमचा जिरेपूड
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• थोडंसं तेल
• १ मोठा चमचा तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• २~३ सुक्या लाल मिरच्या
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• कढीपत्ता
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• उकळतं गरम पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• १ ग्लास नारळाचं दूध
• चवीनुसार साखर
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Let’s see how to make traditional recipe golyanchi amti today. This is a totally different from Khandeshi golyanchi amti. This recipe is special recipe of our guest’s granny. In older times, this amti was specially made for guests. This recipe doesn’t need onion and garlic!! Also coconut milk is used in this amti. It can be a good variation to your regular amti. It is similar to kadhi gole. It not only looks tempting but also tastes just awesome. Ingredients:
• 1 cup Besan
• 5~6 pieces of Green chili
• 1 small piece of Tamarind
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1 tsp Cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• Water as needed
• A little Oil
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 2~3 dry Red chilies
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• Curry leaves
• A pinch of Hing
• Boiling hot Water as needed
• Salt to taste
• 1 glass Coconut milk
• Sugar to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Pound green chili and tamarind into coarse paste in mortar and pestle. You can blend it in mixer
 too.
• Mix besan, green chili-tamarind paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt
 well together and add water to make stiff dough.
• Coat a little oil to the dough and make small balls of the dough.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add dry red chili, turmeric powder, curry leaves, hing, hot water and salt and mix well.
• When the water begins to boil drop the besan balls into it.
• Cover and steam the besan balls on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until they are cooked
 well.
• Check with toothpick. If it comes out clean, it means the besan balls are cooked well.
• Add coconut milk and mix well.
• When the mixture begins to boil, add sugar and coriander leaves and mix well.
• Cover and steam the mixture for just about 2 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and golyanchi amti is ready.
• You can have it as it is or with rice. It goes well with rice too.
