Keep an eye out for the bonus stages in Sonic Superstars. After you find and clear these stages you'll be rewarded with a Chaos Emerald. Sonic and friends can now harness the emerald powers giving unique abilities to each emerald. I've unlocked all of the Chaos Emeralds and tested out each power throughout my playthrough figuring out which ones are the worst and which are the best!
