RENEW™ Automatic Water Change - Genesis Reef Systems

The RENEW™ Automatic Water Change System can exchange up to 99 gallons automatically every day - and you'll never have to turn off ANY of your equipment!  It accomplishes this by performing numerous one gallon water changes over the course of the day.  There are no abrupt pH swings, no salinity swings, no temperature swings, no exposing your corals to air... in short, your tank's inhabitants don't even know that the change is going on around them - but you'll definitely notice the benefits of more stable water parameters.

This video shows one cycle of the RENEW™ water change sequence.  In this video it's set to perform 15 gallons over the course of a week.  Only one single press of a button starts the change.  The white translucent bin to the right contains premixed replacement salt water.  There's one small Eheim pump in  the mixing bin, and an identical Eheim pump in the sump; each delivers water to the Metering Reservoirs during the Fill Stage.
