I riveted a new aluminum roof with cork insulation to my step van

My step van had a very thin wimpy translucent fiberglass roof. When it rained it felt like I was in a tent. I wanted something tougher, warmer and cooler. I added cork underlay insulation and .04 aluminum sheet with rivets.

I used a combination of solid and pop rivets as well Sikaflex 227 sealant.
