How to Make Delicious Flatbread in Under 10 Minutes

This yogurt bread is all
This yogurt bread is all over tiktok right now and I am a huge lover of all things "bread". But nothing gets better than only 3 ingredients and under 5 mins to prepare.
There are several variations of this recipe on line but I just went with the easiest choice of 3 simple ingredients. This cooks up very similar to a naan bread but better I think.
For this recipe for Yogurt Flatbread:
1.5 cups of AP flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 to 1 cup whole milk yogurt.
Mix well and add yogurt as needed to get dough to come together but not be overly wet.
Divide dough in six portions and roll out on floured surface. Cook over medium to medium low heat on a well buttered skillet for 3-5 mins per side.
This will store in fridge for weekly meals or you can freeze up to 3 months.
