US President Donald Trump said
US President Donald Trump said he had to walk away from the nuclear summit in Vietnam without a deal because he could not meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un's demands to lift sanctions.
But he put a positive spin on the talks, saying they made good progress towards ridding the Korean Peninsula of nuclear weapons and said Kim had assured him there would be no resumption of missile or nuclear tests.
At this stage, there are no plans for a third summit.
