1 tbsp rum - 3
1 tsp banana essence - 2

2 tbsp skimmed milk - 3
2 tbsp powdered sugar - 5
3 tbsp sesame seeds - 5
Total Cost Of Ingredients -101
Oil for frying - 20
OVERHEAD COST: 20 (gas, tranpos, etc)
TOTAL COST: 141
YIELDS: 64 pcs
141 (total cost) ÷ 64 (yields) 2.02 cost per pc
SRP: 4 pesos each
64 (yields) × 4 (SRP) = 256
256 - 141 (cost) = 115 (potential profit)
