Tai Chi for Arthritis was created by Dr Paul Lam.  Tai Chi for Arthritis is an enjoyable exercise that can relieve your pain, improve your health and to stay active.  It is simple, easy to learn. Tai Chi consists of fluid, gentle movements that are relaxed and slow in tempo.
A simple, gentle form of exercise suitable for beginner.   Combines gentle physically exercises and stretching with mindfulness.  Tai Chi can improve balance, fitness, flexibility and balance.
Practicing tai chi help to cultivate Qi or life energy with us to flow smoothly and powerfully through your body.  Total harmony of the inner and outer self comes from the integration of mind and body, empowered through healthy Qi through the practice of tai chi.
