Eggless lemon cupcake Recipe Recipe|Jaspreet Kaur

Sunshine sweet homemade lemon cupcakes are soft and moist, bursting with lemon flavor, and topped with my favorite vanilla -lemon whipped cream. You’ll love the refreshing zest of citrus flavor in each bite!


Ingredients
1/2 cup yogurt- 142g
1/4 teaspoon baking soda- 1.5g
1/4+1/8  cup vegetable oil- 90mL
1/2 + 1/4cup sugar -150g
1/2 +1/4 cup all purpose flour (maida)- 90g
1/2 teaspoon baking powder- 2g
1/2 tablespoon lemon zest- 3g
3 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup milk- 60mL


**Pre-heat the oven to 180C. Line a cupcake tray of 6 with parchment paper. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until the cupcakes are golden brown and cooked through.
