DIY Sitz Bath (be sure to check with your doctor about when he/she recommends taking your first sitz bath. It may be different depending on your personal situation)
1/2 cup sea salt
1 ounce lavender blossoms
1 ounce plantain leaf
1 ounce witch hazel
1 ounce yarrow
1 ounce calendula
1 ounce chamomile
Mix and add to pouches.. Add to a warm bath and let steep.
