Train Passing Train Going Under Me With Union Pacific Railroad Locomotive! High And Wide Load With Locomotive Shoving The Rear Up The Hill. Steel Coils Train Going Up The Hill With Locomotive Shoving The Rear. Big Train Going Down The Hill. 4 Trains of various types are in this video. These trains are in Crescent Springs, Elsmere and Corinth, Kentucky on the Norfolk Southern Rat Hole Line.
The first train is a steel coils train that runs everyday through here with a DPU on the rear. It is going up the big hill in Crescent Springs. Then the next train is going down the hill at the same place.
Next we have Train 123 which is southbound at Elsmere, Kentucky next to the city park. This train has high and wide loads that are put up front. It can only pass stopped trains and has a speed limit of 35. In this video it only had one high and wide load but sometimes it can have a half dozen. It hauls Caterpillar equipment on flat cars.
The fourth train is northbound at Corinth, Kentucky passing a stopped train on its way to Cincinnati. Check out the awesome view that I got of it from a relatively new bridge. That was cool to see the Union Pacific locomotive leading the train.
