Ingredients for making Gordon Ramsay's SPAM Scrambled Eggs

1 can of SPAM
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
2 habanero peppers
6 eggs
2 Tablespoons of avocado oil
2 Tablespoons of butter
Instructions for making Gordon Ramsay's SPAM Scrambled Eggs

First, take the SPAM out of the can, dice it, and put the pieces in a large bowl.
Then dice your shallots and garlic, add them to the bowl, and deseed and dice your habanero peppers.
Now, dip your eggs into a bowl and add some avocado oil to your cooking pan.
First, put any habanero peppers in the pan, followed by your SPAM bowl.
Cook the SPAM until crispy and put aside.
Add butter to the pan, and drop in your eggs, scrambling them, periodically taking the pan off the heat.
Turn the heat off, add your cream, and take the pan off the stovetop.
Pour your SPAM bowl into the pan with the eggs and mix together.
As a finishing touch, you put the scrambled eggs and SPAM back into the SPAM can, and it's ready to serve.
