Cutting Out And Replacing an Inground Swimming Pool Skimmer (Full Video)

Full length video (yes I know it's long) outlining the process involved in removing and replacing your pool skimmer. It was quite a project and took me about a week to complete.
We had to replace the vinyl liner any way at the beginning of the season so I figured this was the time to do it.The skimmer was always a problem as it was cracked and I knew it was leaking.
