Papaya leaves are very nutritious
Papaya leaves are very nutritious and have many medicinal benefits, but beacuse of its bitter taste most people dont like to use it as food to eat.
This video teaches you 5 different ways how to remove or at least reduce as much as possible its bitterness. It can totally remove its bitterness by cooking it longer than 30 minutes, or reboil after the first boil, but I dont like to do it otherwise no more benefits left. So after doing what ever method you choose to try from this video, expect a bit of bitterness,
I will share with you all the recipes that i know so far of cooking papaya leaves, my favorite is making it into a salad! Check other video .So stay tune for future papaya leaves recipe uploads.
Some said that use only the youngest leaves, for me, it doesnt matter as long as it is totally green and not yellowed yet is suitable for cooking, yes you can cook papaya leaves as side dish or main dish.
