2010 Mercedes Benz cooling fan. All it took is a command prompt!

I was called to diag this vehicle which has a non functioning cooling fan and Air conditioning system. The scan shows the following codes

Code 0695 M4/7 (Engine and AC electric suction fan with integrated control)  : output stage
code 2359 The control wire to the component 'M4/7 (Engine and AC electric suction fan with integrated control)' has open circuit.

Codes status changed from Current to History simply just by me commanding the fan to be on using the Autel maxisys MS919 scanner.
