Gunkan Maki Recipe
Today, we are here to show you how to make a simple Gunkan Maki. Sushi rice wrapped with seaweed paper and top with anything you want, like scallop, uni, crab meat, salmon roe, and even just some sliced avocado!
Ingredients :
*Seaweed Paper
*Sushi Rice
*Scallop
*Uni
*Sesame Oil
*Mustard Sauce
*Sriracha Sauce
Recipe:
1. Cut the seaweed paper as shown on the video
2. Chop scallop into smaller pieces
3. Put the scallop into a bowl and mix it with sriracha, mustard sauce, and sesame oil
4. Make sushi rice into a small oval shape
5. Wrap the sushi rice with the seaweed paper
6. Neatly place them on a plate
7. Carefully fill them with the scallop mix/Uni (or anything you want!)
