There are a lot of great hand cannons and hand cannon perks inside of Destiny 2, but one of the best ones that you almost never see is rapid hit. Normally 1 perk wouldn't make a huge difference, but since you need 3 crits to get the fastest ttk with a 140 rapid hit makes them so much more consistent and it's currently only on two 140 Hand Cannons.
