Disassembly of Harbor Breeze Bathroom Fan and Light

Decided to replace this fan when it got weak and was not pulling enough air.  Had a hard time removing globe.  After playing around with it for an hour, finally figured out how to remove to remove the globe and after that the rest was easy.
