An election campaign begins in a small town on the seaside. The primary candidates are “Tourist,” an affluent businessmen, and the town’s public prosecutor. The life of the town takes a sharp turn as the power struggle gears up. Political spin doctors arrive from Moscow, the local TV covers both campaigns, all the criminal gangs are up in arms, even showbiz celebrities are thrown into the fray. Everything goes relatively smoothly until Sailor arrives on leave. And the quiet life of the small town becomes hectic and unpredictable . . .
