Using the Pen Tool (Keyboard shortcut: P), vector paths can be drawn in Photoshop. Click and release repeatedly to draw straight lines. Click, drag and release repeatedly to draw curved lines.
To confine straight lines to the horizontal, vertical or 45 degrees, hold down the Shift key while clicking and releasing.
