Where Does Premiere Pro Store Sequence Presets

First, I am creating a new Preset to show whether you'd be able to make changes to the preset files directly from where they are stored. I call the preset test.

Your custom presets are stored in This PC - Documents - Adobe - Premiere Pro - 14.0 (your version number) - Profile - Settings - Custom

Now, I delete a preset from here (the same that I created called test). And if you go back your to presets in Premiere Pro, you will get an error. Conclusion, don't delete or move presets from the stored folder!

Some people have said some of their presets are greyed out in Premiere Pro, so I wonder if you'd delete the original file directly from the Windows explorer would also remove that  preset from the Presets in Pr or it will cause the same error? Please make a copy of the Preset before deleting so that if you get the error you could paste it back and hopefully resolve the error. Please let me know in the comments the outcome.
