Rename WP content Folder to Hide WordPress from CMS detectors

This simple tutorial exemplifies how you can hide WordPress CMS from major CMS detectors by actually renaming your WP content folder to something unique such as folder, media, assets, files etc. This process does not involve the use of plugin, but simple modifications to your WP core files. It's a no-fail method so you need not worry about breaking your site.
