CAN YOUR OLD COMPUTER RUN WINDOWS 10?

I picked up a dell inspiron 530 mid tower computer up cheap from craigslist because the guy who was selling it said it was useless and could not even run windows 10 if i tried! but i revived it for some pc gaming with  a gt 730 graphics card.
