Cream of Anything Soup - NO CREAM -The must-know soup powder! the cupboard ingredient which is a must if you like soups! So versatile just add to boiling water and you have a soup!

Ingredients:
1 cup instant dry milk powder 125g
5 tbsp - 1/3 cup cornstarch
2 tbsp -16g - 1/8 cup chicken bouillon granules - USE VEG powder for veggie type soup
2 tsp dry onion flakes / onion powder
1/4 tsp thyme
2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp pepper
½ tsp tarragon if you want to go French
Combine all ingredients in a bag, jar, or any container and shake to combine.
Mix 5 tbsp - 1/3 cup of mix with 1 cup of boiling water and add to any recipe that calls for cream of soup.
Add a swirl of cream (optional) serve with crusty bread for a delicious meal
